Delivery methods and prices

Payment

You pay in advance, in euro, on the payment page of Stripe. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We first hold the amount on your card and take the payment once your copy is secured; if it is gone, we release the hold and you are not charged. We don't offer cash on delivery.

We hold your discs for the time shown on your order. Please pay within that time.

Tracking

You'll get the tracking number when the parcel ships. Use it to follow your parcel.

Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel comes back to us unclaimed, we write to you by e-mail. You can ask us to send it again at the price of a new delivery, or for a refund: we return the full amount you paid, with delivery up to the price of the cheapest delivery in the shop, within 14 days. If you don't answer within 14 days, we refund you the same way.

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Inside the European Union there are no customs duties and no customs clearance.
